When the cutting quality of fiber laser cutting is poor, general inspection is recommended first. The main contents and order of general inspection are:
1. The cutting height is recommended to be adjusted between 0.8~1.2mm. Calibration is required if the actual cut height is not accurate.
2. Check whether the type and size of cutting copper nozzles are used incorrectly. If used correctly, check the copper tip for damage.
3. It is recommended to use a cutting copper nozzle with a diameter of 1.0 for optical center detection. The focus for optical center detection should be between -1 and 1. The light spot is small and easy to observe.
4. Protective lenses Check whether the protective lenses are clean, water-free, oil-free and slag-free. Sometimes due to weather and climate reasons, the air is too cold and other reasons to cause the protective glasses to fog up.
5. Focus Check whether the focus setting is correct. If the cutting head is auto-focusing, be sure to use the APP to check that the focus is correct.
