4.the installation or replacement of optical lenses

a. Before installing the optical lens to pay attention: wear clean, with soap or detergent to clean hands and wear white clean gloves; is strictly prohibited any part of the hand contact lenses; take the lens, should wear gloves, and from The side of the lens to take, do not directly touch the lens coating surface.

6. the daily maintenance of the laser

The laser should be maintained before starting daily.

1) Check the laser working gas and cutting gas: Check the cylinder of the laser working gas

7 .the laser weekly maintenance

1) Check whether the gas mixing unit of the laser has oil, water, if it is cleared in time
Check the laser gas dry filter, if more than 1/4 color into red or white, you need to be replaced, the normal color is blue.
2) check the vacuum pump and Luo pump the oil level, if not enough, you need to add.
3) Check the chiller's filter for impurities.
4) Check the laser cooling water circuit for impurities.
5) Check the condensate water level in the compressed air separator (located in the air supply unit). Check the vacuum pump oil level (below the air supply unit). When the pump is in a cold state, the oil level should be between the middle of the oil window + 5mm-0mm, if necessary, then refueling.

8.the laser every six months of maintenance (or run after 2000 hours)

9.chiller maintenance and maintenance

Chillers should be regularly maintained to ensure that the machine is in good condition

Chillers daily maintenance should pay attention to the following aspects:

1) regular cleaning heat sink, cleaning method: brush with a brush on the heat sink carefully brush, and then use compressed air blowing clean, if necessary, use water for special air-conditioning fin cleaning agent (common name dust) clean, rinse.
2) Regularly perform the dust on the condenser (same as above).
3) regularly check the water level in the chiller water tank, if the water level is too low, should be promptly added pure water or deionized water.
4) Check the electrical terminals regularly and dust (after power off).
5) regularly check the water system in the joints are leaking, whether the aging pipeline, if the phenomenon of leakage should be timely replacement of related components.
6) regularly check the water quality of the chiller water tank, if the cooling water quality deterioration, turbidity, transparency decreased, to timely deterioration of the cooling water all let go, replace the new cooling water.
7) regularly clean the filter filter on the impurities, if the filter is damaged, should be replaced, replace the filter must use the standard filter manufacturers requirements.

10.air compressor maintenance and maintenance
