CARMANHAAS-F-θ scanning lens (field lens)

F-theta scanning lens is also called flat-field focusing lens, or scanning lens or field lens for short. Its image height is equal to focal length multiplied by scanning angle (y=Fθ), which is different from ordinary lens Y=Ftanθ. It is specially designed so that the beam incident angle and the position of the spot on the image plane meet a linear relationship, so that the position of the spot on the image plane can be controlled by controlling the scanning angle of the incident beam to form a linear scanning rate. A uniform focused spot is formed in the entire marking plane.
